Ansvarsområden 

  • Hantera inkommande gods med dokumentation och inspektion i enlighet med EASA och FAA regler.
  • Plock och packning av flygplansdelar för användning inom ingenjörsgruppen i hela Europa.
  • Skicka flygplansdelar till kunder och leverantörer i tid.
  • Hantering av Farligt gods (DG Cat.VI, ADR 1.3).
  • Genomföra inventeringar.
  • Övriga uppgifter relaterade till effektiv logistikhantering.
  • Registrera alla transaktioner och säkerställa tillgängligheten av flygplansdelar och material för underhåll av flygplan, i vårt datoriserade underhållssystem.
  • Se till att allt arbete utförs på ett säkert sätt med ordning och reda i fokus.

Responsible for ensuring any required parts/tools for maintenance are ordered correctly, and monitor with logistics/supervisors regarding estimated delivery times.

Responsible for ensuring proper handover procedures are completed iaw the MOE.

Ensure company premises are maintained and good housekeeping standards are met at all times. Report any building/facilities defects to LSC.

Be well informed about valid instructions, regulations and maintenance information.

Be well informed about the procedures regarding production quality control and quality audit especially how they apply at the specific maintenance tasks.

Perform maintenance on equipment that is used for maintenance and apply a high maintenance standard.

Keep current with the approved working schedules, Company procedures, requirements and any authorization ratings held for the work performed.

Have confidence to issue an SMS report if a violation from the established company Flight Safety Standard is discovered.

Carry out any other such reasonable duties as the company sees fit in accordance with the responsibilities of the position.

 

Academic/Educational Requirements:  

  • Unrestricted EASA B1 license – preferable type rating on either BAe ATP or CRJ-200.

Line Maintenance Controller

 Role Summary

The Line Maintenance Control (LMC) Engineer is responsible for all matters Technical to ensure  reliable on-time departure of aircraft in an operational environment.

The Line Maintenance Controller will be required to coordinate and control Technical Data related to the line operation which are required to achieve the above.

Responsibilities

Within Part M requirements, the LMC is required to provide effective and timely technical advice and support to Operations Control Centre (OCC), Line Engineers and Flight Crews. 

Liaise with Part M post Holder and/or OCC Manager for guidance/clarification.

Liaise with OCC on all matters technical, ensuring that they have up to date clear information and the necessary understanding of the cause of production delays or AOG situations.

Support and manage information regarding AOG (aircraft on ground) recovery plans and incidents on the ground.

Manage and oversea the Line Maintenance plan to ensure Operations have clear visibility of Plan maintenance inputs, Line Service Checks, ADD’s and HIL’s (hold item list).

Support and ensure adequate defect planning is carried out on a regular basis to allow control of ADD’s and HIL’s.

Give technical support to Line Engineers performing trouble shooting of defects and repetitive defects.

Ensure that all guidance given is performed in accordance with and according to Part M/145 procedures and TI’s, using the necessary spares/tooling and manpower with reference to the correct AMM information.

Ensure all activities are carried out safely and good housekeeping standards are met at all times.

Academic/Educational Requirements

    • Valid EASA B1 and/or B2 License or ICOA equivalent is desirable
    • Engineering qualification – HND Level or equivalent experience
    • Current HF, FTS Level 2. EWIS

Required Skills/Experience:

    • Recent prop experience
    • Minimum 10 years Aviation line and/or base maintenance experience
    • Skills on type (ATP/B737/767/CRJ) or similar
    • Must be Proactive, self-motivated & confident self-starter

Role

The LMC Manager is responsible for the management, development and control of the Line Maintenance Control organisation and liaison with the Part M and OCC organisation to ensure a rapid and satisfactory conclusion of any technical issue arising from the daily operation. The LMC Manager is part of the WAS P145 organisation, reporting to the Accountable Manager P145. The LMC Department is under development and part of re-structure within the group. The successful candidate will be required to drive the changes required to ensure a succesful LMC organisation for the future.

Academic/Educational Requirements

  • Minimum 5-year experience in maintenance organisation(s)
  • Previous managerial positions and experience, preferably in different departments
  • JAR Part 66 B1 or B2 Certified and or Aeronautical Engineering degree or equivalent preferably on a relevant selection of the operative aircraft types within WA, valid License at the time of application is not mandatory.
  • In depth knowledge of relevant EASA regulations and CAME/MOE set-up
